Just more of the same today.
I spent the evening preparing some Muskox spaghetti sauce for dinner tomorrow evening. We are having a friend over for dinner. Spaghetti sauce is always better the next day, isn’t it? Also I have begun preparation for a full stuffed Arctic Char for a BBQ we are going to on Saturday. I plan to spice it and wrap it in foil whole, with the head on, and then BBQ it Saturday. I hope it turns out ok.
We plan to spend some time out Saturday, walking and such. We will try to get some pictures to post here to make this Blog a little more interesting for you. It’s been a little mundane lately, but what can you do when you work all day and it’s dark when you get home? Not only can you not get pictures, there’s not much to do to write about.
Lorie starts work a half hour after I do in the morning. She usually uses that time to take the dog on a short walk. This morning she encountered a fox that followed them for some time. There are plenty of foxes here in town, and every so often one of the locals traps them up just to get rid of them. So this fox followed Lorie and the dog this morning, which can be a little disconcerting because you don’t know if it has rabies or not. After a while it left them alone. Likely, it was just interested in the dog.
Thanks it for now. More tomorrow.
Cheers!

What's a "char"?
And if Ripley and a fox got into a scuffle, who would win?
I thought foxes were smaller than medidum dogs.....
