It’s 7:00PM now…we just got back from the steakhouse. Yours truly ate…yes fully consumed…a 34 oz steak (that’s a one kilo steak for those of us who like the metric system). I have to say, it was good. I am in less pain than the night I ate the shrimp…funny thing – that! The steak, and the vegetables, and the fries, and the garlic bread, and a litre of wine plus Lorie’s meal (whatever that was) cost less than $75. A great deal!! I feel good right now…a bottle of whiskey and I should feel great!!
Okay…for those of you who are “demanding” these updates (not naming any names…Vivian!!!), you have to give me some time here… bear in mind the 3.5hour…soon to be 4.5 hour…time difference)!! Jeeze….

Cheers for now!

Hello
I am sitting in my apartment in Inuvik and I just found your blog.
It is presently snowing and -19 degrees C here (this is up from
-37 with a windchill of -43 this past weekend).
Have a safe and enjoyable drive up (I hope the road is open by the time you get up here!)
Nice work on the steak bud. Stock up on Alpine before you leave Calgary.
Randy
BTW, when did you get a Jeep?
